Reaction to Diving Bell and The Butterfly

The Diving Bell and The Butterfly left me quite astonished. The movie as a whole is all based out of the perception of a man who is not able to communicate to the people around him, but can still imagine himself doing so. He is snappy enough to create an in depth character that will entrance the audience watching, and is able to personalize himself as a normal individual. It incorporates sight, sound, and motion, all together in the sense that the camera moves as if you are seeing through his eyes. Anything that he hears, you hear at the same volume. The fact that he is completely immobile is terrifying in the sense that it can happen to anyone. I would definitely suggest it to anyone who has the time to watch it.
